Item Availability

All items that you see in our store are in stock, unless marked as a pre-order.
Unfortunately, we experienced situations when pre-ordered items arrived damaged at our facility after being shipped by supplier of ours. In this case we'd inform you immediately via email and offer to choose between new shipping date or full refund from us.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are marked accordingly in our catalog. Please carefully read the item's description to know estimated shipping dates.
Sometimes release schedules might get slightly adjusted due to unplanned delays at the pressing plant or during the test pressing approval process. In this case we make sure to inform each customer who has placed an order with this item about new estimated shipping dates via email.

Payment Options

We accept credit cards and paypal. The payment method is being selected at the checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are normally being processed and shipped within 3-5 working days depending on current workload.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All items are being shipped from our headquarters in Berlin, Germany via DHL service. Shipping rates are applied at the checkout.
Due to high value, all LPs are shipped with tracking option, so you can always know the status.
The more items you order, the more you save on shipping, as the postal service is going to charge us the same amount if e.g. you purchase one LP or five LPs in the same order.

Customs

When the order had been made from outside the European Union, local customs rules may apply once the parcel reached the destination country. We cannot guarantee that you won't be charged extra tax by the customs office in your location - it is up to you to estimate a possibility of additional expenses related to it.

Delays Related to COVID-19

Yes, as you might have heard some companies that ship goods overseas experience significant delays due to lack of available flights. Therefore it is possible that your parcel is on the way to your country as a seagoing freight. Please allow it a couple of weeks extra to arrive. This is out of our control and we hope for your understanding about this topic.
